1. General Information

The National Aesthetics Education Awards, the Event is organised and managed by Judy Bardell-Browne.
These Terms apply to all users of our website, event attendees, applicants, and partners.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our Site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Event Tickets

• All tickets for the National Aesthetics Education Awards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• In the unlikely event that the Awards are postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.

• If the event is cancelled permanently, a partial refund or credit option may be offered at our discretion.

• Tickets must be purchased through our official booking channels only.

• Entry may be refused if tickets are found to be resold, copied, or tampered with.

3. Award Applications

• All award category applications are non-refundable once submitted and paid for.

• Applications must be completed in full and submitted by the published deadline. Late entries may not be accepted.

• Submitting an application does not guarantee nomination or selection.

• By applying, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the right to use any images, logos, or materials included.

• The organisers reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate applications without refund.

4. Judge Applications

• All judge applications are non-refundable once submitted.

• Submission of a judge application does not guarantee selection.

• Judges are chosen at the organisers’ discretion based on suitability, experience, and fairness.

• Judges must maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout the judging process.

5. Sponsorships & Exhibitor Stalls

• Sponsorship and exhibitor/stall bookings are subject to separate agreements which outline individual terms, fees, and cancellation policies.

• All sponsorships and exhibitor payments are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the organiser’s discretion.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

All attendees, applicants, judges, sponsors, and partners are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
We reserve the right to remove any individual from the event or disqualify them from participation for inappropriate, abusive, or unethical behaviour.

7. Media & Photography

By attending or participating in the event, you consent to photography, videography, and promotional use of such materials by the organisers.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify us in writing before the event.

8. Liability

We accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred as a result of attending or participating in the event, except where required by law.
Attendees and participants are responsible for their own belongings and safety.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected through applications, ticket sales, or other event-related activities will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
